Flooring Plan
A Flooring Plan is drawn to show the flooring material in each space
so the contractor can easliy look at the plan to see what flooring goes in that space. The flooring pattern is shown
when using tile or brick. The pattern shows if it is on a diagonal or a straight grid, so the contractor will know how
to lay it. The finish plan dictates what the style, pattern and manufactueur. The flooring plan is used mostly
to layout the floor to show how you want it laid out on the job. This shows if you want the diagonal to start in the
center, etc.
VI can help you choose your flooring material, whether it be tile,
stone, carpet, etc. Also, we can do a flooring plan to show how you want it laid out on the actual floor. This
helps with no confusion on the job. This is also when you can decide if you want a border or other details that need
to be shown.
