Illustrated Specification Book

The specification book is given to the contractor and the client, so they both know exactly where everything is to be installed and what it should look like. The book specifies the model numbers and shows pictures of what has been specified. This book helps eliminate confusion and is an automatic reference to check any finish, material or fixture during construction. This also comes in handy when something needs to be replaced, by being able to refer back to the book to find out exactly what it is to order another one.
